The time spent with Al Ittihad, one of the most successful clubs in Saudi Arabia, was an unforgettable experience for French defender Yannick Nunnery.

Nunnery, who has been playing for Al Ittihad since he joined in 2015, had the opportunity to play alongside some of the world's best players, such as Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

He enjoyed spending time with the likes of Benzema, who scored two goals against Kuwait in a friendly match in November 2019, and Mbappé, who scored a hat-trick against Kuwait in another friendly match in April 2020.

Despite his youth, Nunnery proved to be a valuable asset for the club, helping them win the league title three times in four years.
