The Dutch striker, Reijnders, has joined AC Milan on loan from Ajax for the remainder of the season. The move is part of a deal that also includes a buyout clause in the event that Reijnders proves himself as a valuable player.

Reijnders, who was born and raised in Amsterdam, made his name playing for Ajax, where he scored 21 goals in 58 appearances across all competitions. He also represented the Netherlands national team at various levels, including winning the UEFA Euro 2020 title with the senior side.

In the summer transfer window, Reijnders was heavily linked with moves to Premier League clubs such as Manchester United and Chelsea, but he eventually decided to join AC Milan, which is one of Europe's top clubs.

Reijnders' move to AC Milan is seen as a major coup for the club, as it brings in a talented young forward who can provide depth in the attacking department. With the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Alessio Romagnoli already established stars at the club, Reijnders will be able to make an immediate impact.

AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli praised Reijnders ahead of his debut, saying: "We're delighted to have him here. He's a very good player, with great potential. We're looking forward to seeing what he can do."

Reijnders' loan move to AC Milan could prove to be a successful one, especially if he manages to establish himself as a regular starter in the team. His versatility and goal-scoring ability could be particularly useful for the Rossoneri, who currently sit in fourth place in Serie A.
